REALTOR ESSENTIALS PROGRAM

The Realtor Essentials Program provides TFN agents with access to branded marketing materials, including signage and lockboxes, to support property listings and promotional efforts. This document outlines the borrowing process, terms of use, and agent responsibilities.

Rental Items & Rates

Agents may borrow the following items on a monthly basis:
(Rates are subject to change with notice.)

  • Large For Sale Sign

  • Medium For Sale Sign

  • For Sale Rider

  • For Lease Rider

  • Leased Rider

  • Sold Rider

  • New Price Rider

  • Open House Sign

  • Remove Your Shoes Sign

  • 2 Piece Posts

  • Lockbox 

  • Office Space (Average Size 10 x 10)

Rental Duration & Late Returns

  • Standard borrowing term is one (1) month.

  • Late returns will incur a $50/month fee beyond the borrowed period.

Pickup & Return Location

  • All items must be picked up and returned at the TFN Vaughan office during regular business hours.

  • Items are available first-come, first-served and subject to availability.

Payment Options

  • Late fees and replacement fees will be processed through the agent’s next PAP withdrawal if selected.

Replacement Fees

Lost or damaged items:

  • Large For Sale Sign: $80 replacement fee

  • Medium For Sale Sign: $60 replacement fee

  • For Sale Rider: $20 replacement fee

  • For Lease Rider: $20 replacement fee

  • Leased Rider: $20 replacement fee

  • Sold Rider: $20 replacement fee

  • New Price Rider: $20 replacement fee

  • Open House Sign: $80 replacement fee

  • Remove Your Shoes Sign: $30 replacement fee

  • 2 Piece Posts: $100 replacement fee

  • Lockbox: $70 replacement fee

  • Office Space: Damage fee may apply

Acknowledgement & Authorization

  • Agents must complete and submit the official realtor essentials form before pickup.

  • Submission of the form confirms agreement to the terms and conditions of the rental policy.
